I'm Julie. Baked & Bejuled began at a kitchen counter with a piping bag, a pile of cookbooks, and the stubborn idea that something this beautiful could be made by hand, by one person, in this small town.

Every cake leaves my kitchen with a story — a colour you described, a flavour you remember from childhood, a flower you carried at your grandmother's wedding. Nothing is templated. Nothing is rushed.
